Who this covers

Tom Jongens is the registered name. JoTo Games is a trade name. This note covers tomjongens.com: the pages about my work, applied games and education, and the contact forms on them. Games on joto.games, play.joto.games and party.joto.games have their own policy.

The contact forms

If you send the form on the Applied games or Education page, you give your name, email address, organisation or school, a description of what you have in mind, the timing you want and, optionally, where you would like to start. That message is emailed to hello@tomjongens.com and used only to answer you. Sending it does not create a commitment, and it is not added to a mailing list. It is kept no longer than that conversation needs.

Booking a call

The "Book a call" buttons open Calendly. Calendly receives the details you type there, under its own privacy policy. This site does not store that booking.

Browsing

These pages set no advertising cookies and load no tracking scripts. When you pick English or Dutch, that choice is kept in your own browser (local storage) so the next page opens in the same language; it is never sent to me. Fonts and images are served from this site. The host keeps standard access logs. The site is hosted in the European Union.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK you may access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of the details you sent, and you have the right to data portability. Email hello@tomjongens.com. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
